|I started Ritenour in my sophomore year and it was
a good experience with good memories.
After graduation, I enlisted in the Navy (September 1956 to March 1960), spending 2 1/2 years in San Diego, but no sea time.
In March 1960, I started working at Monsanto's Silicon Plant in St Peters and went to night school at Washington University, where I graduated with a BS in Business Administration in 1972.
Kathy (Kate) Collier and I were married in St Ann in 1968. We have three (3) children. Karen age 36 single, Jeff age 34 single, and Michael age 30 married three (3) years ago to Angela Marie. We have no grand children as of yet.
I worked at Monsanto until 1989. Then for Catholic Charities Social Services in St Louis (1990 to 2001) and I am now retired.
My wife Kathy is still working and I volunteer 2 days a week at a social service center (St Augustine's Wellston Center) as a job counselor. I also do floors, windows and help the kids and anyone else who needs me.
My hobbies: Railroading, Genealogy, Military Collector, and Social Golfing.
Retirement has not been dull. I am looking forward to our reunion and wish everyone good health and happiness.
